It is characterized by a light yellow color and a noticeable scent of dandelion flowers. The dandelion blooms in May, and a few weeks later we can enjoy the taste of this honey. It is considered the sweetest of honeys, and for some it is even slightly cloying. It will probably appeal to the youngest honey lovers.
