Cherry jam

Ingredients:
pitted cherry (70%), sugar, gelling agent - pectin, acidity regulator - citric acid.

Pasteurized product containing over 30% less sugar compared to standard jam containing 60 % sugar . Made with 70 g of fruit per 100 g of product.
Country of origin and production, POLAND.

Application:
Cherries are widely used in food processing . Juices , jams, wines and liqueurs are made from them . A small part of the cherry fruit is intended for direct consumption .
