Elderflower syrup

Ingredients:
sugar 55%, elderflower 24%, water 20%, lemon juice 1%.

Black elderberry flower syrup is recommended for home treatment of colds and flu . Black elderberry flowers have a strong diuretic , detoxifying and expectoration effect . Black elderberry flowers also have an antispasmodic effect , stimulate circulation and lower blood sugar levels .
