Winter Tea in Honey

Winter tea is a composition of multi-flower honey and black tea immersed in it with the addition of ginger, anise, cloves, cinnamon, cranberries, hibiscus and orange peel.

Ingredients:

• Multi-flower honey
• hibiscus
• black tea
• cranberries
• orange
• cinnamon
• ginger
• anise
• carnation

Preparation method:

Mix everything thoroughly in the jar, then take one heaped teaspoon and pour in water at about 95 degrees Celsius. Mix thoroughly and leave for about 3 minutes to brew.
