Strawberry jam

Ingredients:
strawberries (70%), sugar, gelling agent - pectin, acidity regulator - citric acid.

Pasteurized product containing over 30% less sugar compared to standard jam containing 60 % sugar . Made with 70 g of fruit per 100 g of product .
Country of origin and production, POLAND.

Application:
Strawberries are an irreplaceable addition to cakes, pancakes , waffles, ice cream , muffins. Ideal for eating raw without additions or covered with chocolate alone . Also recommended for kefir and yogurt.
